How can I be sure that my registration has been recorded? I have not received a confirmation e-mail.
In principle, if you have not received confirmation, it means that your booking has not been finalised. In this case, you can send an e-mail to email@example.com to check if your visit has been recorded in our booking system.
You can also check the confirmation of your booking on the site by going to the drop-down menu of your profile, then history, and then “my e-tickets”
I would like to visit the exhibition with a group, how do I proceed? Do I have to book online or can it be done by e-mail?
All bookings are made online, via our website. If you encounter any difficulties, please do not hesitate to call our helpdesk staff, who will make the booking with you directly the Helpdesk on 0485 20 25 00. You can also send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, leaving your contact details and asking for a call-back.
I would like to book more than 6 months in the future. I tried via the site but it doesn’t work. How do I do that?

How far in advance can I book a visit?
Bookings are already possible 6 months beforehand; you can also book 48 h before the visit (if slots are still available).
We got the date wrong for our group booking. What do we need to do to correct this?
Anyone can make a mistake. Call the Helpdesk (on 0485 20 25 00.) to report the error and give the desired date. If available, it will be validated.
How do I postpone our visit for later in the day?
If you made a mistake when booking, call the helpdesk. If it is a last-minute change, or a few days before, there is a risk that the time you want is already booked by another group. Send an e-mail to email@example.com with your request and the name of your group, and they will try to find a solution. Attention: the initial time remains valid until you receive confirmation of the change.
If, on the same day, you realise that you will be late, call the organisation team on 0485 20 25 00.
Some pupils are absent, do I have to communicate this to the BELEXPO team of organisers?
The organisers take into account the number indicated at the time of booking. If more than 5 pupils are absent, please inform them via firstname.lastname@example.org or 0485 20 25 00.
